Highlights:

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]User defines the questions and define narrative based on response.
Response can trigger sub questions to gather more details.
There is no limit to the number of questions that can be presented.
Currently, the system allows for seven (7) sublevels of questions but each sublevel can contain multiple questions. I.e. The question “Does your family have a history of Cancer?” If the respondent answers “Yes” then the system may present multiple questions about the type, family member, duration, etc. and this represents one (1) sublevel.
The Decision Support – Semi Structured Model system allows the user to weight the importance of each question and set a “Criteria” over the combination of answers given by the patient. If the “Criteria” is matched then the user can review the course of action which has been previously defined.
I.e. A primary care physician has created an interview by which the “Criteria” for Pelvic Inflammatory Disease is matched. The physician may have previously entered the recommendation to “Have the patient take a pregnancy test” as one its courses of action.
The structured Q & A Interview can be printed out and handed to the patient, or the user can allow the patient to enter their answers directly onto a touch screen tablet.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”full_width_background” bg_position=”left top” bg_repeat=”no-repeat” bg_color=”#ffffff” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left”][vc_column width=”1/1″][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”25″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”full_width_background” bg_position=”left top” bg_repeat=”no-repeat” bg_color=”#ffffff” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Automated Question - 01[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Automated Question - 02[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”full_width_background” bg_position=”left top” bg_repeat=”no-repeat” bg_color=”#ffffff” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left”][vc_column width=”1/1″][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”25″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
